Oops, meant to say they rock😀

Sent an email to them saying how much I appreciated their service & prices, Fed EX drops off a package from them, has a New Egg/Gigabyte t shirt, Gigabyte pen/stylus, Crucial keychain, & 2 New Egg case badges😀

I've bought a bunch of refurb stuff from them & finally got a bad video card last week. Can't complain though, got a Shuttle SFF as refurb that'd never been opened😀
 
i had a problem when i ordered my monitor from them, about 2 years ago

i complained and (after they fixed my order and upgraded the 65+ pound package from FedEx ground to 2 day) they sent me a 3Com Polo shirt and a bunch of pens. it was better than a kick in the pants

doing an upgrade for a coworker and am trying to decide whether the extra $30 to get it all from newegg is gonna be worth it. The other places I'm planning to order from appear to be ok but you never know.... My friend got very screwed from some place in Ohio and since then I've learned to do more homework on who I buy from.
 
I've gotten two "care packages" from them after sending them glowing emails.

NewEgg has gotten $1,964.69 from me. I just placed an order for an Abit IC7 from them this morning.

After reading that thread in HD last week, I sent them a thank you email. The gift package arrived today via Fedex, but I wasn't home to accept it, so I should get it tomorrow on their second attempt. I can't wait to see what free goodies they sent me!! 😀
