Newegg.com is selling the Skyhawk Jupiter aluminum case for $69 with $10 super saving shipping. Here's the link.

It's a really cool looking case, with blue lighting effect, as well as an LED for system monitoring. The newegg pic doesn't do it justice; check out the following site (5 o'clock computers), click on Shop Online/Computer Chassis/Cases Tower Aluminum, finally click on the skyhawk jupiter ($79) link.

www.5oclock.com

BTW, the 5 o'clock version comes with a window, but I'm not sure that's worth the added expense (5 o'clock's price doesn't include shipping + handling, which is around $15 to MD anyway).

EDIT: should mention that this case DOESN'T come with a PSU

not that great of a deal since you can get the same chassi with an enermax 350w ps for even cheaper. has a window with fan on the side. no lcd though, but i'm not sure how good it is on the skyhawk case. link

I think my link is actually $4 cheaper... I would think it's decent if you already have a good PSU, and appreciate a fairly dramatic lcd (and this does look very good... not sure how well it actually functions, though).

i just bought this case like 2 weeks ago :). am quite pleased with it... except for the PS hole thing. i bought a 431 watt enermax power supply with two fans (one on the outside, one intake inside the case). to have the inside fan point towards the inside of the case (as it is supposed to go), i had to dremel off part of the case (really easy to do since its soft aluminum) and drill in some new screw holes. the plastic cover thing on the front bottom for the USB / firewire is really flimsy... mine popped off like within a day of use.

except for that, it has been a great case so far. lotsa features. :)

Hmmm Say's PowerUp P/S in the PIC from your link. I bought this case from frys for 70 bucks. Has a true Enermax P/S ... No Light. Tho, I put some really cool looking super bright LEDS in the case and they light up the inside nicely. I also, moved the dorky looking fan on the side and mounted it to the blowhole. I bought an Antec Triple LED Fan for the side looks pretty cool.

Can't really vouch for the cover of the USB since I don't use them. Soyo gave me a USB2 and a SmartMedia / Compact Flash card reader drive bay mounted. Anyway. I recomend the 350Watt P/S it is very quiet. Powers my 2100+ / 2 WD 80Gig Drives, 9700 Pro nicely. Haven't had any isues.

Let me just say this: Skyhawk = crap. My friend and I bought some of their cases and... heating sucks, fans suck, and the front panel access extensions don't even work. I already modded the case by the time I realized they didn't work so no warranty return ;p

using a 400w skyhawk aluminum psu to power my main rig. (P4 2.66 @ 3.00). runs flawlessly. I have no problems with my experience with skyhawk.

I got a skyhawk case also

complete waste of money

case is REALLY poorly made (we sell $18.90 cases at my work with better construction)

the cooling system with the ducting above the cpu fan looked cool when I got it, but it was actually detrimental to my cooling... because the fan in it sucking air away interfered with my cpu fan
I just took the duct system out, not worth it

I'll never buy another skyhawk case
