Newegg shipping and handling fees..what to do?

I was stunned by my latest newegg purchase. I clicked on calculate shipping which turned out to be zero since it was a fedex saver, then, when I hit the final button, I got a "shipping and handling" feel of $11!!!! It would have been cheaper to make the purchase in the store when you add this freakin fee.

Is there any recourse in this situation?

Call customer service, ASAP. They should take care of you, or at least cancel the order.

u sure u had the express saver clicked, and if u already ordered call newegg, ask there CSR's, see whats up, they might give u a credit for your shipping costs
