For around the $200 price-point, a mini-PC with Vega 10 seems like a no-brainer, but be aware that AMD is close to releasing their Strix Point APU, which is going to be massive in the GPU dept., with an MCM configuration. You had better believe that level of performance is not going to be sold for around $200 for a complete PC, however.
So, if you wanted something with more performance, a more-or-less "true 1080P APU", then wait for that one. As for this one, seemed like a hot deal, replacing a friend's HP slim 10th-gen desktop. Might still choose to drop in an A310 into that PC instead, who knows. This one is even smaller in footprint, though!
