I just shipped out my case front panel to newegg for an RMA. Couple of questions:
1. How long does it take for the completed process?
2. Will I be reimbursed for any shipping charges?
Thanks for all your help!

but the problem is, they are sending you a refurbish not new one. if you are unlucky, it may cost you more in shipping and time wasted in turn around if you have to RMA more then once; so it's probably done to frustrate people to think twice about returning stuff that are simi working but not completely dead..
sometime they do, sometime they don't at their discretion..Originally posted by: Jojo7

Wrong.
Or at least in my case. I rma'd a board that was still under the "30 day satisfaction guarantee" and I got a brand new board as replacement.

That is the one thing that really angers me about AT-people like me and others are on this board giving advice to n00bs, and even people with 20k+posts (one thing I do like is that people with 20k posts have the humility to ask and not make fun of n00bs) and they do not say thanks at least.

well jeff, no. red blooded american male-on other boards i go to-a music forum in particular(i'd post the link, but it's an obscene term for african americans) they won't even re-up files if you don't give them props. So I figure why don't I spread that on AT cuz we have so many leeches!
