Newegg.. RMA Repair

So.. I sent a few things back for RMA repair.

It took UPS 11 days to get it to newegg.

Newegg has had it for 10 days, and the nice tech support man/woman [I couldnt tell] couldnt seem to tell me what the hold up was.....

Ouch? I think so :(

well UPS might be having problems with the east coast storms. plus if you ship it on friday it sits at a UPS warehouse for 2 days. on the other hand email them and that is probably you best bet. phone customer support is there so that people dont say omg newegg does not have phone cs. probably some manager will reply telling you about the situation. also contact bbb and that might expedite things.

IMO new egg has the best RMA , they take stuff back and change it - no questions asked. no other company would do such a thing.

that sucks... took fedex only 2 days to get my RMA to newegg.

i guess you know who to ship with next time, huh?

FedEx also has packages that are delayed or misrouted. Nobody is perfect....

priority mail is the best, newegg is good at rma. love them but right now due to a deficit in my budget I have to restrict buying from anyone and that includes them :(

FedEx also has packages that are delayed or misrouted. Nobody is perfect....

haha, yeah, i suppose youre right. (considering fedex took like 6-7 days the other week for my packages)

I hear you,

I just did and RMA and got it back to the m2nd day air, cost me about $10

They had it fro 5, then it took 5 to get here..

:(

RMA's in general suck, if i have to RMA another one back, i want Newegg to send it to me 2nd day air.

i just sent a mobo back for RMA with ups. told them to do the 3rd day air/ground. guess we'll see what happens. cost me like $17 to send it. u'd think they'd be responsible for sending you bad hw....mobo cost + RMA shipping..i coulda just bought the damn thing from frys...
