NewEgg RMA procedure. Please explain.

I bought a NEC DVD writer from NewEgg which I want to refund. After I submit the RMA refund form, what happens?

Am I presented with an RMA number to print, cut out, and paste to the shipping box?

Do they email me RMA instructions?

Do they postal mail me an RMA sticker to affix to my box?

Do they schedule UPS/Fedex/USPS to pickup the RMA item from my house (like Staples does)?

What's the least expensive method to mail back an OEM NEC drive? Perhaps I can get away with stuffing it in a $3.50 USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope?

The whole process should be explained in detail during your application for an RMA number.
