NEWEGG RMA Policy

Hey guys, I want to RMA a motherboard that is still covered by newegg 1 year plan. It's a DFI Expert.

Anyways, I bought it used off a forum member, he gave me the invoice for it, but is it still possible for me to rma it through newegg?

The invoice has his shipping and information on it, not mines.

I know that you can RMA to DFI with an invoice that doesn't match your address

I see 🙁 well I was hoping newegg can RMA it for me since they will be much faster... do anyone know the turnaround time for DFI is?

They shipped mine within 1 week of receiving it.
