i'm having this problem with my mobo http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.cfm?catid=29&threadid=973208
anyways, i'm lost on going about RMA-ing to newegg. i want a replacement, but i think if there is a physical defect, they wont RMA it. the physical defect was not caused by handling on my part, but rather just a flaw in the build of the motherboard. will newegg still RMA it or am i SOL with them. do i have to look to the manufacturer (asus) for help?
