Update on their site before or after they have shipped it...

I was wondering because i shipped it to them VIA 2 Day air... July 9th


I know it says 2-3 days to process once they have received it, now does that mean it ships after those 2-3 days or is that getting the RMA prepared..

You should get an email when they receive it, at least that's how mine have always worked.
