Newegg RMA address?

Hi all,

Does anyone happen to have a copy of Newegg's RMA instructions? The Newegg person on the phone earlier said I would receive instructions via email. I forgot that they were sending it to my uncle's email since the order was under his account. I can't get a hold of him right now, so I was wondering if anyone has a copy of it?

I would like to know where to send the items, additional markings (besides the RMA #) on the box, and any other additional notes that I need to include.

Thanks, but I do not know my uncle's newegg login. I simply guided him while ordering. The only thing that newegg rep asked was the sales order, which I noted down earlier. I also tried this method using my account, but it seems like I have to request a refund / repair before being given RMA specific instructions. I do have an RMA #.

Use the "Write to US" address, it is the same address I was told to use (I called them, and they said that address). My RMA went through, so it worked for me. Make sure your RMA # is right on top and nice and visible.

that was the only instructions they gave. after that was just a summary of my RMA request and thats all.
