I'm sorry, but very bluntly: you have no idea what you are talking about. Having had a "neutral" (as I would describe it) review not posted myself, I think I can speak fairly accurately on this topic.
 
I've had my reviews censored before, but they usually send you an acknowledgement email as to why. I've left less than positive reviews and they've gotten posted. I don't know exactly if they have a hard criteria...their censoring policy seems more subjective than objective.
