I ordered a refurb enermax fs-710b case (the alienware style) and received it, but it was missing all its bays, and the rails which are needed to mount stuff into the case. It also came with 0 screws. Do you think newegg even looked inside the case before they shipped it? I bet people could return the cases without the power supplies and say that it came that way with how much attention they seem to pay.
This sucks because i paid 15$ shipping and feel tempted to take something out of it to make up for my loss...but dont think i should. I like newegg refurbs but dont think ill order anymore refurb cases.
Do you think they even looked at the case after it was returned? and if i RMA it will they only replace it with a different refurb and refund me because they wont have any? or possibly replace it with a new one?
