Newegg refurb Mobos

Does the manual usually come with refurb mobos from Newegg? If not, what do most of you do?

The one I bought came with everything in the factory box.

I just got one last week and everything came with it... the box, the manuals, the install CD, the IDE cables, the USB cable. I was surprised considering I though it was just OEM and just gonna be the mobo.... I have to return it for a different one because I found it this mobo has a known issue with the Radeon 8500 and I was unaware of it before I purchased it
