i thought it was fairly cheap. it only shows up when you click, list all ascend . this is the power pack one and it has dual dvi
 
Newegg refurbs have always been good to me. They allow you to send them back if broken, etc. I've never needed to, though.

Usually it's just returned by someone with buyers remorse. They seem to do a decent amount of churn to where the openbox availability is good. If you're quick, anyway..
 
It looks like it is missing a lot of the stuff that comes in the retail box like the firewire PCI card, 2 DVI adapters, and VIVO connector. I might be wrong though.
