newegg refund question

let say i exchanged my video card for another one, and the second video card that i got is also defective am i allowed to refund the card that i got from the exchange

Because I am just as capable as you are to read the return policy on Newegg's website. Either you are too lazy to read that...and in that case I am too, or you don't like what it says and in that case Newegg solves that on a case by case basis. This is why I said wait for neweggsupport to post

I think you can, but I'm not sure. If it is defective, you most likely can, but if you just want a better card, I doubt it.
