Yeah, usually you can just click the rebate link off of the Newegg website; it will take you to a PDF of the rebate form which you can print.
Make sure the product is correct and functional before you go cutting out and sending off the serial number info from the box. Do registration before sending off rebate too, or at least write your serial number down somewhere. Otherwise, when you go to register, you will have to crack open your box to read the serial number off of the card itself, because you will have mailed off the only other place the serial number was written; not a big deal, but an annoyance that can be avoided.

Another little note about eVGA cards, regardless of whether it's the brand the OP has -- some of their services (like cashing in on the lifetime warranty) require that their fugly sticker with the SN# on it be left on the card. If you take it off, do so carefully and save it. Then you can put it back on if you ever have to return it.
