Newegg Promo Code Not Working Upon Checkout

I posted in general hardware to get tips on my custom pc build. I ended up coming to a conclusion on what I would like to purchase. I put everything in my cart and went to checkout and on the final step, all of the promo codes were removed.


Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I attempted to, but they are closed because it is Memorial Day.

I've seen them yanked before the 24 or 48 hours they were supposed to be good, even if the item isn't sold out. Something about a limited amount being available at that prices and only their bean-counting inventory systems knows.

Maybe the codes were subscriber codes and you are not a subcriber.

That's what I'd think. If one isn't in Newegg's email subscriber database, even if the codes are valid, they won't work unless your email is in that database, meaning you've got to subject yourself to Newegg's daily spam to use them.

Looked at your post in Hardware about the computer build. Signed in my NE account, put parts in cart, enter the promo codes and it all worked.

Promo code says expires by 5/26 which is today. Oh yes I'm a NE subscriber.
