Does anyone know whether or not the INWIN Medium Tower Case Model IW-S500 at newegg.com comes with any fans?

I don't think it does, to be safe I would go ahead and get the fans, I dont think any of their case come with fans but I could be wrong.
 
Since the product description has a link to case fans, one would assume you have to buy them separately.
 
Ok, thanks for the quick response. I have one other question now...What size fan to get...they have the 80mm and the 92mm...

Anyone knows which one would fit?

If your case was sealed well, if you put both fans in back it would double the airflow through the case...

Since your case is probably full of holes, put an intake on the front to be sure that the air getting exhausted has spent enough time in the case to actually absorb some heat...
