Newegg preferred site having log in problems?

I went to pay my bill and keep getting weird java string errors when trying to log in. I called them up and they had no idea where to direct me. Could someone with a preferred account give it a shot so I can stop feeling crazy?

It's not just you. I can't log into it on any browser either. I have no idea what's going on, but it's been this way for at least a few days.
