Newegg + paypal refund

Hey guys newegg supposely refunded me for $319 for my dead X1900XT 5 days ago. I use paypal non-CC to pay for the card in the first place.



Anyways, they sent me an email with an invoice that the refund was issued, but five days later, and I see nothing in my paypal account.



What should I do? Anyone ever gotten a refund from newegg via paypal?
 
itll probably take 4 days to show up, also, I bet paypal will steal 5% or some sh!t from you. then youll have to wait another 5 days for it to get back into your bank account.
 
I think paypal was having some issues due to some kind of upgrade they did to their system and it may not be sorted out yet. I had newegg credit me for a returned motherboard around christmas that was paid for by CC paypal and the credit showed up in paypal and on my credit card in newegg's stated time frame(~5 business days I believe).
