I don't know how the Agility stacks up against the Vertex ones but they seem slower (at least on paper).

The Agility is a bit slower, it's their mid- or low-end unit, but it's not bad. I like mine well enough... except I wish it was a 240GB!

I think that your definition of "shipped" is a little different than mine. To me, "shipped" is the total price paid, when it ships, not including rebates and whatnot.

Still, it is a great deal, if you can stomach the performance of the Agility 3. (As far as SSDs in general are concerned, it's not bad, and it is SATA 6G, but compared to the top performers, it trails a bit.)
