If they are really shipping from the US with UPS, that is bad news for them and the buyers.
UPS charges the buyers cross border brokerage fees.

I have already sent them a message asking about this.
 
And on top of that, most of their prices are higher than NCIX.
I've noticed in the last year, NCIX has really done well with their prices - at times they're equal to or better than Newegg US site.

Only difference is we have to pay tax, but there's no getting around that anyways, unless you planned on an extended stay in the US and could pick up from somewhere in the US.
