Surely I'm not the only guy out there who has an American Express card through their business who wishes he could channel his rewards points back into 'free' computer hardware (without having to use cash rewards, which offer far less rewards per point)? I'm assuming there's probably a ton of IT guys out there with AmEx cards charging significant amounts to their cards who would make a worthwhile audience for this. I'm not in IT, but I do get to charge roughly $10,000+ a month on mine which translates into a lot of points in a hurry. AmEx has tons of rewards parterships to choose from, but no tie-ins that lead to any significant choices in computer hardware.
I was just curious if anybody else would be interested in something like this. I don't know what all NewEgg would have to do to set up something like this. I'm sure it's not easy, but given how many tech guys I know with AmEx cards, I personally think it might not be a bad idea and have thought about e-mailing them to ask/request this.
