Okay I've been out of the loop for a while but I think this is a winner, if not lmk guys!
Just wanted to give a heads up, ordered this on Sunday got it today.
SL6Z3
PACK DATE 11/21/03 Costa Rica
I may give it a shot with my corsair but I really doubt I'll be able to pull much from my crusty 3200.

Thanks for the info. I just ordered a 2.4C, 2 x 512mb HyperX PC3500, and a Abit IS7 from ZZF yesterday. I'm hoping for a M0 as well. I'll post what I get, but I have a feeling it will be the same as what Newegg is shipping. :)

does the production place even matter? i thought it doesnt? isnt it all based on luck of the draw?

It does matter, certain steps from different areas overclock differently. Although they are almost all matured to the point that the varience is minimal now. Almost every chip you buy with a recent pack date will do 3.2ghz+.

Well I dont know if they are only produced at the Ronler Acres plant in Hillsboro, Or but where it is fabbed at is different then where it is packaged. I imagine many fabs whether it be the AZ or NM plants as well may send p4's to costa rica or malaysia as well....So it is still all luck....

The fact is the processed is refined and Intel gets pretty solid yields so there s a damn good chance all the chips purchased today can do or get clos to 3.2ghz unless they are flawed....Intel doesn't shoot to build 2.4's and lower speed chips they either happen from slight defects in the silicon or they bin them to meet market demands....

Above statement ofcourse still relies upon the user getting a sufficient power supply, a competent mobo for the fsb speeds they are attempting, ram that is sufficient to nothold them back, etc...Basically stuff I still think more then half of all ocers still don't get....
