I know that Newegg has a policy that says your LCD monitor must have 8 or more dead pixels for you to be able to return it as "defective".
I'm wondering about a regular return if I just turned out unhappy with the quality of the monitor? I'm sure I'd have to pay shipping, and possibly restocking costs, but I can't find the details in their Help section. I only see info about RMAing merchandise, which I thought only applied for "defective" products. I suppose it could also apply in the case of just not liking the monitor; that is what I'm asking.
This is the monitor I'm thinking of ordering for my new system:
SAMSUNG 910T-Silver 19" LCD Monitor -RETAIL

For example, at Best Buy tonight, they told me I could return a monitor within 14 days if I'm not happy. Anyone experience this with Newegg? Thanks.
EDIT: clarification about RMAing
