Newegg kind of sent me the wrong motherboard!

I wanted an Epox 8kta3 pro and they sent me the regular 8kta3! I know it's not really that big of a deal because there's not much of a price difference between the two. I was just really looking forward to the extra FSB settings of the pro version. I thought I'd try the board out anyway (it was a refurb...my first refurb problem ever) and it seems that it had a very short life. Details on my dead board can be found here...Wah!
Since they sent me the wrong one, do they cover the return shipping?
I couldn't find an answer on their website and I know someone here will probably ansewr quicker than them anyway. My invoice even says "8kta3 pro" but the serial number they put down matches the one on the 8kta3 I got instead ;)

shouldn't you be calling them first instead of posting here?
Not exactly what we think that matters, but it is your right to get back what you pay for.

Yeah, I know I should be calling them right now but I'm tired and lazy ;) I just figured that someone else here has had this happen to them and would be able to share their experience. It stinks to have a new toy and then find out it's broken! I would have just bought the new one if they had it in stock at the time I ordered. Did I mention I'm impatient, too?

hmm...I bought a boxer from them, but they sent me a penty. They agree to pay for the shipping and sent me my "hello kitty" boxer. Yeap, they are very helpful!

Okay, you got my experience. Ooops.....you still have to call them to get your mobo right? ;)
