Okay, I'm quite concerned about the possibility of a newegg db glitch or something. I should probably even post a fresh thread, since a business day has passed without them acknowledging my inquiry into what I consider a serious matter.

At first when I got their automated email of a "cancelled order due to credit card refusal for 3 business days" regarding an order I never placed (nor got initial email confirmation of) I thought FRAUD! and went on a panic binge, double checking security and account breaches.

But after logging in at their site and reviewing the info it's just...strange. Shipping was to have been to me, the item was only an $82 Radeon, and as I said, there was never the initial order confirmation email that's expected.

FYI, noone else has physical access to my pc, and my most thorough personal security review leaves me highly doubtful that info such as my newegg account pw could've been discovered by any means via the perhaps ONE time I've logged in using new pw during the last 8 months or so.

I know there is too much detail required for some of you to evaluate my current situation with the limited info provided, but I'm tossing out a red flag of caution to newegg users until I hear some kind of acknowledgement from them.

I ordered a new Neo4 Ultra-D MSI last week. I was supposed to get it Friday, I did not. I called today and told them there was a problem and that UPS said they did not get the package. So, Newegg said they will ship out the board today. So...later on in the day UPS drops off the mobo. Newegg has no clue they shipped it to me. The chick said there was a screwup and UPS only got the payment info not the package so the will ship one out, but that is not correct. UPS did get the package and did deliver it. Tracking info still shows it as payment info only..nothing about it being delivered. :wtf:

How dare they!

If not NewEgg, then WHO??? TigerDirect :lol;

They probably still have data interchange problems with UPS, as they are a new shipper for them. Probably some guy in ITs fault - and we've (or at least most of us that work) all been there...give the new UPS link a few months to work out, and then we'll see...
