Newegg is cracked....

Newegg is cracked....
I ordered a new Neo4 Ultra-D MSI last week. I was supposed to get it Friday, I did not. I called today and told them there was a problem and that UPS said they did not get the package. So, Newegg said they will ship out the board today. So...later on in the day UPS drops off the mobo. Newegg has no clue they shipped it to me. The chick said there was a screwup and UPS only got the payment info not the package so the will ship one out, but that is not correct. UPS did get the package and did deliver it. Tracking info still shows it as payment info only..nothing about it being delivered. :wtf:

I jsut selected overnight...I had no choice of UPS or FEDEX. We all know FEDEX=win with o/n packages and sheit.

yes. they have declined a lot already.

overcharging shipping, now to go UPS over Fedex to save a few dollars? is money really worth their good name and reputation to be flushed down the toilet?

They use to be 1st rate with everything. I have seen many, many posts lately aboutthem screwing things up for people. I wonder if some type of management change has happened or something.

when ur in it for the money, you lose.
they used to be good with great shipping great servifce. now they rather blow the money on ads on pc magazines and etc and save $$ on shipping choice

Too much change too fast IMO, they should have taken it slower and tried fewer things at a time.

As I said...I had no choice. I selected OverNight, FEDEX/UPS were not mentioned. ..That was the 1st time I have ever gotten anything from them UPS
 
Newegg needs to realize that their customers rely very heavily on word of mouth. Advertising does nothing. We aren't the guys that go to comp usa to pay twice as much more computer hardware.

Unless newegg is tapping the market of ignorance/advertising influenced people, they are royally screwing themselves.

lol. no kidding. A yr or so a go they were the best place around. Now I keep seeing more and more threads pop up about the service. I can say this is my only time I have had a problem, and this is not really even MY problem.
 
I ordered a bunch of parts from the system in sig from newegg about 3 months ago, fast service as always. Monarch on the other hand...
 
wait, UPS said they never recieved a package, and in reality they did, so you told Newegg this, and newegg sent another out assuming they made a mistake, when really it was UPS' fault for not noticing the package, and yet you blame Newegg for quick customer service?

yeah. seem like UPS's fault misplacing package not newegg.

be honest and return the motherboard to them.
 
Newegg said they did not get it to UPS after I talked to them, UPS said they did not get it either. I just found it odd Newegg did not know if they had sent it out or not....

I do plan on returning it. I am not going to keep something I did not pay for.
 
It's taken them close to 3 weeks now to RMA a fvckin Windows XP Home disk to me, turns out it might not of been the problem and the memory on the build is bad. I'm scared to RMA with them again, if they don't ship out tomorrow-they sent me an e-mail last week saying they would ship-I might just take the loss and buy some new RAM and never deal with Newegg again.
