The northbridge fan on my new MB died after a few weeks. I called NewEgg tech support and talked with them- they offered to RMA the board, but I asked for just a replacement northbridge cooler so that I could keep folding. They sent me a Zalman northbridge cooler for free!

Only thing that sucks about NewEgg --> They're in CA so I have to pay tax on my orders. 🙁

Otherwise, they're the best.
 
Newegg RMA'd a 7 month old dead mobo for me.... I love them 🙂
 
While I've not actually ordered from Newegg, my roommate has and I would definitely agree with the idea that they're one of the best online retailers. Whenever I get the money to upgrade or build a new computer, Newegg will be the place I buy from.
