Newegg, going, going, ....

I have bought almost all of my computer hardware from Newegg for years. Since Christmas day they seemed to be having a lot of technical problems with there website. Tonight I get a messgae that there is "No website at this address" when I try to connec to it.

I was trying to reach there sales support area because I just received a USB 2.0 card I ordered from them, the description said it was a Koutech and it had high scores from the reviews, but the card I received seems generic with no mention of Koutech on it and it looks different then the one they had pictured, which for other sites I would be usd to, but Newegg is usually 100% on with there info.

Anyone know what's up with Newegg?
