Newegg glitch in order history... anyone else seeing this?

I'm wondering if it's just my account, or Newegg-wide, or what.

I logged in this early AM after I woke up, to check the shipping status of several outstanding orders.

NADA.

None of my order history (current outstanding, as well as historical) shows up. Just can't find a thing.

Dashboard shows most recent three orders as "shipping", but clicking on the "order #" (a link), brings up an error page.

WTF is going on? Was Newegg hacked? Hackers made good on their ransom threats?

I can see all of my recent orders. The one from 2015, the two in 2014 and the one in 2012.

Maybe you logged in during database maintenance hours. My order history is fine.

"No results were found within the period specified. "

Just tried logging in again, still, no history whatsover, whatever period I choose, including "All".

WTF? I finally get on the phone with them, and am viewing my account # on the Dashboard, and 10 minutes in, on hold, I click on "Order History".

And BOOM, it's finally back. How bizarre.

I log into Newegg at all hours of the night, and I've never known them to have "database maintenance hours", in which aspects of the customer account database were unavailable.

*Shrung*. Don't know what happened.
