Newegg Free MAfia 2/JustCause- Amazon/TD?

A lot of the Newegg Nvidia cards give a free Just Cause and Mafia 2, do you get that with Amazon or Tiger Direct? Those websites don't say you do, but I figured maybe they were too lazy to list it or something...

I bought my evga 470 from tigerdirect and went to the evga site and they gave me mafia 2 for free when I registered the card.

Those games are given out by the card maker not the retailer. They're probably not listing it.

Newegg has a location in my state and I'm trying to buy elsewhere to avoid tax. Unfortunately the locations that I know won't have tax are not showing the JC2/M2 promotion. I'm also looking at EVGA's store, and they don't show these either.
