Below is a copy of a conversation I had with a CSR a minute ago. A printer I bought yesterday went on sale today...

Josh: Hi. I just got an email with all the new deals. The Brother HL-5250DN went on sale... looks like today and also has a promo code for $10 off. I just ordered this exact printer yesterday for $232.99. I was wondering if it would be at all possible to get the deal for yesterdays order

Alexander: Let me take a look into that. One moment please . . .

Josh: Okay. Thank you

Alexander: You're welcome. Just a moment please.

Alexander: As a courtesy I have issued a credit for $60.00. You should be able to see that back into the original method of payment within the next 3-5 business days.

Josh: Thank you very much!

Alexander: You're welcome.

Josh: Your customer service is always impressive. Will there be in invoice of sorts in my account?

Alexander: Yes, you should see it invoiced in your newegg account within 24-48 hours.
