Newegg has had a lot of probloms lately with shipping stuff out on time, this happened to me after I ordered about $600 in parts, they shipped out everything exept my Ratpadz mat and my LED FAN. I complained after the 5th day of it not being shipped and they emailed me back and said they would - the shipping charge off my credit card, would upgrade the shipping to overnight and on top of all that they gave me a $25 off promo for my next purchase. All because they delayed to ship a mouse pad and LED fan.
