I bought a video card from them and it arrived DOA. I RMAed it then called them and asked if they could reimburse me on shipping back, which they did no questions asked. I also asked if they could ship back FedEx since I paid for FedEx when I ordered. I just got a shipment notification and it appears they shipped back FedEx 2 day. I only paid for FedEx Express Saver. 🙂
