newegg customer service is eggcellent!

The short of it is that newegg has, virtually without exception, gleefully taken back every return, made every exchange, and issued every refund I have ever asked for...several times past their stated return date(s).

Even when it may cost a little bit more, I will continue to give my business to them.

Agree 110%...Their customer service is indeed "Eggcellent". I might be able to beat their prices on some things by a little, and even get around Kahleeforneeya sales tax, but their customer service is so above and beyond, that to me, it's worth the little "eggstra" I may have to pay...
