I'm trying to purchase a new system but it keeps saying my card is declined. I'm putting it in exactly correct and there is more than enough funds in there. Also there is no daily limit on the card. What could be happening?

I made a big order with Newegg.com over 1k. My CC Bank One had declined the charges. I had to call to let them know that I'm going to be purchasing said items and the amount. They said it would go through the next time.
 
are you putting in the cvv code for the card you are using ?
amex is the only I have found that doesn't care about the shipping address being different than the billing address

Are you you using an atm/debit visa/mastercard check card? Most banks only limit $1k. Also I would not use your check card just to be on the safe side.


 
Be careful, that same thing happened to me and they ended up charging me twice.
What pissed me off more was that it took a few weeks to get my refund and I wasnt even given a sorry.

Newegg can go to hell.....they lost my years of business.
 
SeaSerpent did you even get your order? I'm thinking forget it, I'm going to just order from zipzoomfly or some place else. I think we have a Newegg rep on this board. You just potentially lost out on a $1500+ order.

It may be the 1k limit as mentioned above.
 
It went through the two times I tried it, but according to there website my order didnt go through. My order was placed on Friday....on Monday I called them to see what was up and they said my order went through twice.
