long story short..

RMA a motherboard on middle of Nov
received by newegg on 11/23
refund issued on 11/26 but issue to WRONG VISA # [I use AE], WTF..

call last week to see what's going on ..
they told me they screw up the refunding to someone's VISA instead of my AE
now a week later, still no refund..

4 weeks turnaround without computer and refund....

damn NEWEGG....

UPDATE: a cheque was sent to me...
still big big big screw up newegg...

funny i had a great rma experience with them

i sold my geforce 2mx to some guy

some guy fry's geforce2

sends it to newegg

i get credited for the full amount i paid back then cuz they don't have it in stock anymore =)

i send paypal to guy, we're all happy, newegg rocks =)

I had no problems with Newegg,

sometimes mistakes happen,

i just went to office depot to buy new one. it's all nice and sharpeny...
