Wow, this is really, really a tuff call. If it was listed on the RMA and the employee opening the carton missed it, it's their fault, no question. But how do you prove you actually sent something? Hell, I could send these guys an empty box and claim my RMA part was there the whole time. Same goes for them shipping you merchandise. They claim 5 items were in your shipment, but you only received 4. What do you do, who is to blame and who pays? Suppose they send you the 5 items, but you claim only 4 showed up? Ouch! :Q
