newegg.com broken?

i just ordered a few parts last night, popped on this morning to check the status and i get a message saying im using the incorrect login, so i try repeatedly till i get the "tried too many times to long in..." message so i click the "forgot password" and have the login password sent to my email to make sure im not just typing wrong. sure enough its exactly what i was posting...

i even copy/pasted the login/pass into the fields and that didnt work either...i have a seperate account that it for my bosses account and so i thought id give that a try to see if its a login problem and it gives me the same thing! these two accounts are not related what so ever.

i thought i could possibly be a browser problem(though ive been on there numerous times as is) so i flipped over to IE from firefox and tried again, this time i get a message saying "this account has been suspended"

WTF!! calling customer service on my lunch break!

they must be doing some updates or something...jeez freaked me out for a minute...i just wanted to check on the stuff i paid money for sheesh!

Same here. Tried to buy a DVD Burner this morning. It will not let me log in. Not in FF, not in IE.

i was not only gonna check my order status but buy a nv 7800gt, neweggs gonna lose business if they dont get up and running soon :p now im gonna have to stair at a my full set of upgrade parts minus one videocard(no i dont have onboard either :/)

if anyone gets a chance to call customer service please let us know what they say, i wont get to call for 2 more hours and im dying to hear what they have to say.

newegg went downhill in the past couple months imo. many other places to find things cheaper
