Just thought I'd share my latest positive experience with NewEgg. About a month ago I ordered two open box graphics cards, intending to give one as a gift. Me being the genius I am didn't test the second one until a few days ago and I found it was DOA. I didn't have the option to do an online RMA of course, because open box items have a 15 day return period.
I contacted the NewEggSupport guy who frequents AT, William Lazaro, and he very graciously approved an RMA for the card, and even offered free expedited shipping if I ordered a replacement card through NewEgg so the gift would arrive sooner.
