Question Newegg.ca vs. Asus eStore for monitor?

I already ordered off Newegg, but still have time to cancel the order.

I realized that Asus has their own eStore thing. The price is basically identical.

Any pros/cons to ordering off one site or the other?

In 2016 it was sold to a Chinese company. It's been downhill from then.

I just got the monitor in from Asus's Canada eStore.

The product box (which was inside the shipping box) has the factory/Asus seal partly broken (on the top side of the box; where the tape first goes from the side of the box and onto the flaps is broken, so a couple inches at most), but the vast majority of it/the rest is intact.

I can't meaningfully open the box anytime soon for inspection/testing or anything; that being said, should I be worried? There isn't really physically a way to have access to the items inside without fully breaking the seal, as far as I can tell. Probably worrying for nothing?
