You can find the oem version else where (amazon) for $139 (ST4000DM000) or 141 bhphoto; it also carries a 2 year warranty. There are a few cables and screw in the box if those matters to you.

The only catch I've found with these drives (retail or otherwise) is you should register them when you obtain them and contact seagate if the warranty comes up wrong (by default the warranty is manufactor date and sometimes you ahve to contact them to have them adjust them to purchase date - also I've had a few 5 year drivds come up as 2 years and a quick email have had them re-adjusted back to 5 years.
