Newbie to networking trying to figure out my networked house

Hey Guys

Looking for a little advice and help on my house I bought that is fully networked.

I have rj45 connections in all the rooms except one.. One connector is blue and one is white as well as a coaxial on the same plate.

I have 4 total in the house, in the garage I have found where they are all tied together there seems to be 5 cat5e spliced together in the individual color sets.. Not sure where the fifth one comes from.

Spliced on the back of the white connector is just 2 wires

Spliced on the back of the blue connector is what looks like the complete set of cat 5 wires

Also in the garage in the same box as the other cat5 that are spliced together are a 2 white cat5 wires and 2 blue cat5 wires just taped up and left in there coming from somewhere in the house not sure why those one arent spliced or anything...

I'm sure I'll have to give you more info in order to help me figure this out.

Any help is very appreciated
