Hi - I've just been pointed to this board recently. It's most helpful, however, I have a question which I have not been able to find the answer to.

I have a SuperMicro P6SBA mother board and am thinking of purchasing a new graphics card after my old Matrox Millenium II went tits up. I am looking at the ATI Radeon 64Mb DDR VIVO card.

This supports AGP 2X/4X - will it work with my motherboard?

Thanks in advance,
Chris B

The SBA appears to be an AGP2X board, so the Radoen will operate fine on it.

I've used Supermicro boards myself in the past, and they are generally very compatible/problem free in the first place. I don;t think you'll have any issues.

Thanks for the prompt response. It looks like a good card - anyone any views on its suitability for MPEG-2 capture? It says it will do it up to full res (PAL) at full speed.
Thanks, Chris B
