I just built this PC and an wondering how temps are monitored? Is it in BIOS for mobo and processor? Can it be accessed without rebooting? Also, how accurate are these readings?

I don't think there are anything for stock dell boards, but you could go out and maybe buy one of those sets of diodes and stick them in your case wherever you please and have one of those front temp monitors.. that's all I can think of right now, but i noticed that ctbook has an asus, so he could use the pc probe program that is found on the asus website quite easily

What you can do is try to find the right sensors for the temps and voltages. You can change the sensors in Settings->Voltages or Settings->Temperatures. Just change the sensors and see if you're in luck and you see any readouts. I'm not sure if MBM5 will work with Dell mobo's tho...

Do you know if my Micron P2 with a SE440BX mobo has temp sensors? MBM just says my temps are constantly 0*C. However it does detect sensors.

That'd be an intel chipset on a dell-made board probably. As nboy points out you will not have much luck in that direction. On the other hand, since you can't overclock it, you probably don't ever need to worry about temperatures.
