Newbie questions about hard drive

This may be a knuckle-headed question, but I want to make sure I didn't mess up...

I have an IBM Deskstar 75GXP 30mb hd, Abit KT7 mobo. In Device Mgr, it's listed as a "Generic IDE Disk Type47." It's also listed the same in SiSoft. I've read posts where people talk going into Dev Mgr & it sounds like the hard drive is listed by name. Which way is it supposed to be listed? If it is listed right, what's a "Type47?"

BTW, in SiSoft, I'm getting a 20133 benchmark score. How good a score is this?

 
Is that score for your hard drive.
I have the same setup and get 22888
Did you install the Via 4-1 drivers ver 4.28 is best.
