The "best" is probably the Dataport racks. The Dataport V plus is their top of the line IDE/ATA100 rack. The generally sell for around $80 and extra trays are around $50.

Much less expensive but just as good are the Kingwin KF-2x series. The only difference between the KF-21, 22 or 23 is the amoount of fans in each. The KF-21 is on sale at Directron for $20 and spare inner trays are about $18. I've been using these racks for a few years now and am very happy with them. 100% reliable and they keep my 7200 RPM HDDs nice and cool, even though they're inside the rack.

The Lian-Li RH-32 is also a good rack. They are $25 at Directron, spare inner trays are $14. I also use these racks but I like the Kingwin's a *bit* better They are built a little stronger than the Lian-Li's for the same price.

Directron has an excellent selection of mobile racks and pretty good prices. You might be able to find stuff a little cheaper from other places but Directron is very good to deal with.
