Newbie question to mirc.

DCC ignore set to on
Accept all files on
Ignore all except certain extensions set in options. (The only extensions I accept are *.mp3 and *.txt.)

Question is, will I still get viruses? Will files like *.jpg.pif get through with the settings I have? Thanks for any help.

Not sure about the second option you have set without looking at my mirc at home, but the way its setup you should be fine. It will exclude anything but those 2 extensions. Just to be on the safe side to prevent spam and viruses, you might also want to set to only take messages from registered nicks. Can't remember the command right now (its on my cheat sheet on my desk at home).
